The Mosaic Girls Club is an 18+ community for meeting BAME/POC sapphics, building friendships and sharing experiences in a welcoming and respectful environment.

Respectful Communication
Please speak to other members, organisers and anyone we work with respectfully. Please avoid being rude, dismissive, confrontational or unnecessarily demanding. Bullying, hate speech, harassment, abuse, denigration and discrimination are not tolerated.
Consideration for Other Members
Please be mindful of the wider group when using the chat. It’s fine to have a bad day, ask for support or talk about what’s going on in your life. However, please avoid creating situations that put excessive pressure on other members to provide reassurance, attention or emotional support.
Keeping the Community Comfortable
TMGC should be somewhere people can meet others without feeling pressured, disrespected or uncomfortable.
If behaviour repeatedly goes against these expectations, the organiser may speak to the member privately, limit their participation in the chat or events, or remove them from the community where necessary.
Privacy
TMGC prioritises the privacy and safety of our members. Please do not share any screenshots, messages, personal or sensitive information or photos of any members without the explicit permission of everyone involved.
Reporting Concerns
If you have a concern about another member, an interaction in the group, an event or anything else relating to TMGC, please contact the admin privately. All concerns will be taken seriously and handled as discreetly as possible.
Promotion & Solicitation
The Mosaic Girls Club is a community space, not a platform for unsolicited advertising or sales. Please do not join the community solely to promote, sell or advertise your own products, services, events, fundraisers, ticket resales (external events) or other commercial activity.
Any promotion, advertising or sales-related posts must have prior approval from The Mosaic Girls Club. Unauthorised promotional or sales posts may be removed without notice.
Systems
There is a lot of organisation, planning and work behind the events, activities and spaces provided through TMGC. Please respect the systems that are put in place, including ticketing, bookings, deadlines, announcements and event arrangements. Additionally, please respect the decisions of the admin.
Please double-check the available information (on our website, WhatsApp pinned messages, Instagram or TikTok) for information on events and tickets.
Suggestions & Feedback
Suggestions are welcome and are an important part of developing TMGC. Please respect decisions where suggestions and requests cannot always be accommodated. Constructive feedback is welcome. Personal criticism, hostility or entitlement is not.
