All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable in the following circumstances:
If you can no longer attend, you may resell your ticket to another member. Transfers must be requested and approved at least 24 hours prior to the event or at the club's discretion. The cost of the ticket must be recovered from the member receiving the transferred ticket. Any transfers without explicit approval will be invalid and the individual may be denied entry.
Refunds will only be issued if the event is cancelled by The Mosaic Girls Club.
The Mosaic Girls Club reserves the right to cancel and refund any individual tickets at the club’s discretion.
The Mosaic Girls Club reserves the right to deny entry to the venue at the club's discretion.
Any false chargebacks, or ‘friendly fraud’, will result in a debit or credit card block, and an immediate and permanent ban from all events. The club reserves the right to report false chargebacks to the relevant bank and recover any financial losses through legal means.
