Terms and Conditions

The Mosaic Girls Club is not responsible for personal belongings that are lost, stolen or damaged.

Members are expected to behave respectfully towards one another, workshop instructors, venue staff and TMGC staff/volunteers throughout the event. Attendees will be personally and financially responsible for any costs arising from damage caused by them to the venue. If you engage in any unsafe, threatening, abusive or otherwise inappropriate behaviour, you may be removed from the venue and/or banned from future events.

The Mosaic Girls Club reserves the right to deny entry to the venue at the club's discretion.

Photography Disclaimer:

Photographs and video footage will be taken during the event for marketing and social media purposes. By attending, you grant The Mosaic Girls Club permission to use your image for these purposes. This permission can be revoked at any time. 

The Mosaic Girls Club prioritises the privacy and safety of all members. If you’d prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please inform Kay in person on the day or message The Mosaic Girls Club directly on Instagram or WhatsApp. 

Health and Safety Disclaimer:

By booking a sports or fitness event ticket/membership with The Mosaic Girls Club, you agree to the following mandatory terms:

• You are physically fit to participate in fitness and sports events; 
• you acknowledge the increased risk of falls, slips, trips and ankle or foot injuries when dancing in heels, and you voluntarily assume these risks; 
• you will inform the instructor prior to the start of the session if you are injured, pregnant or have any pre-existing health conditions; 
• you will stop participating immediately if you experience pain or illness;
• and you accept full responsibility for your own safety and personal property during the event.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Subject to that requirement, The Mosaic Girls Club and its instructors accept no liability for any injuries, medical conditions, or health issues that occur during or as a result of the session.
