Looking for a fun way to be active? The lovely and talented Emlayting is holding ANOTHER beginners heels dance class for our POC sapphic community! 🌷

What the class includes:

• Full body warmup with light cardio and mobility stretches (adaptable for different abilities)
• Training on walking in heels
• A short choreography (with guidance and adaptations)
• Group performances! (not mandatory 💖)

What to bring:

• Heels with ankle support (or comfortable shoes!)
• Kneepads (optional)
• An outfit you feel confident in 💅🏾
• Water ‼️

Tickets:

Tickets are required due to limited spaces and venue booking requirements.
