Where will brunch be?
Brunches currently take place at Loco Lounge, Kings Heath, in Birmingham. *Note: 18th October venue will be Cosy Club, Brindleyplace! Any other venue changes will be announced before each meetup.
Why are tickets limited?
Ticket numbers depend on the venue and activity. This helps with organising bookings and creating a comfortable group size.
Why is there a charge for tickets?
The ticket charge includes a £5 deduction from your food bill at the brunch venue. The remaining £1 is a small contribution towards the running of The Mosaic Girls Club, which helps us to continue organising events and activities for the community!
How does the pre-order work?
Pre-orders must be submitted by 11:59pm the Sunday before the brunch. Pre-orders secure your place at the brunch and ensure that your £5 deduction can be applied. The pre-order form will not be available after that date. Any incomplete pre-orders will automatically forfeit the £5 deduction at the club's discretion. Any pre-orders from individuals without a ticket will be deleted.
Are tickets refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable. If you can no longer attend, you are welcome to transfer the ticket to another member! Transfers must be requested and approved at least 24 hours before the brunch.
What if I can't make it?
Please arrange a transfer of your ticket at least 24 hours before the brunch. Tickets are non-refundable.
What if I need to leave early?
If you need to leave earlier than the rest of the party, please check in with Kay to see how much is owed towards the bill. You can then pay that amount separately with the restaurant.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, tickets can be transferred if you can no longer attend. Tickets must be requested and approved at least 24 hours before the brunch or at the club's discretion. The cost of the ticket must be recovered from the person receiving the transferred ticket.

Will meetups always be in Birmingham?
For now, most meetups will take place in Birmingham, although I’d love to organise events in other parts of the West Midlands in the future.
How will I know about future events?
Event announcements and updates are shared in the WhatsApp announcements chat, on Instagram and on TikTok.
Does my ticket cost include additional food and drinks?
No, your ticket secures your place at the brunch. There is a £5 reduction on preordered items. Any amounts exceeding £5 will be the responsibility of the ticket holder.
